We understand not everyone can invest in a planner or coordinator for their wedding and offer an option for those couples feeling stuck during their planning journey and wanting a bit of professional guidance. Consultations allow you to directly meet with our team, ask questions and receive immediate feedback. Consultations are $80 per hour with a package option of 4 hours for $280.

Once you contact our team, we will reach out to schedule a video consultation call to discern which services will best fit your needs. A custom proposal will be sent to you within 24 hours. To officially secure your date, a 50% nonrefundable retainer deposit is due.

Our first meeting will be all about getting to know you in order to honor all the important details of your relationship in your wedding plans. We will also send over a handful of questionnaires to get on the same page about your vision for your wedding day. We will also set up your custom client planning portal to simplify the planning experience and streamline communication with our team.

As soon as possible! Ideally, you are hiring your planner as one of the very first vendors for your event, even before selecting your venue. The venue you choose determines your design, timeline, and so much more, so having a planner assist you in that process will provide valuable insight from day one.
Many couples bring a planner on as soon as they decide to start planning, even if the event is a couple years off. After booking, we will source your venue and a handful of vendors. However, we begin designing your event no earlier than a year out so you have the most up-to date offerings with which to decorate your event.
Absolutely! Because of Utah's natural beauty, many couples travel from around the world to get married here. Our meetings primarily take place online, streamlining the planning process. We do require one trip to Utah prior to your event for planning purposes that cannot be done online (such as tastings) .
While a valuable part of your wedding day, a venue coordinator is only responsible for a fraction of your plans that directly relate to your venue such as vendor arrivals and departures and your layout. On the other hand, a planner will be responsible for every detail you have in place and is there to make sure your entire day runs smoothly (especially if unforeseen circumstances arise). We make sure your design comes together exactly as you dreamed, manage your timeline on the day-of, and so much more.
You will directly work with Courtney throughout the entire planning process. On your wedding day, Courtney will be personally onsite for the entire duration of your event. Additional team members will be onsite to assist.
After our initial consultation call, a signed contract and a 50% nonrefundable retainer payment are due. The remaining 50% is due one month prior to your event.
